My name is Dr, Kiiyonna Jones.

I am a nurse enthusiast who absolutely loves nurses! I have been a nurse for 13 years, working at the bedside full-time for the first 3 years of my career, and per diem for the remaining 10 years. I have been an entrepreneur for over 5 years. I have been an academic professor for 10 years, and worked in Nursing Administration for more than 7 years… all while raising a family, going to school, and starting my businesses, Luxe Beauty and Wellness Boutique, and Luxe Beauty Academy.

I started my businesses without any business background and minimal startup funds, BUT I was determined to succeed, and never gave up on ME! It is my goal to be there for other aspiring nurse entrepreneurs, and share what I needed when I started my business.

My purpose is to empower nurses, to tap into their inner entrepreneurial spirit by tapping into their value and their purpose, in order to generate profit. NO, I AM NOT antihospital; however, I am ANTI-burnout, ANTI-misery, ANTIunsafe staffing ratios, and ANTI-anything that devalues us as nurses. I believe nurses have the potential to function in any capacity whether it is an employee, as an entrepreneur, OR AS BOTH. There is no limit to our potential.
